Moving to Framingham from Fayette, Maine, to be closer to family turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Adjusting to a new area, visiting loved ones, and building new connections-all while trying to figure out life's purpose-was not without its challenges. At times, it felt overwhelming, especially when it came to meeting new neighbors and finding my place in the community

As I walked around Rose Kennedy Lane, I began to realize that each of us has unique gifts to offer. Still, something felt missing.

That's when I decided to take action

With the support of the Framingham Housing Authority (FHA), I helped start the Tenant Association. Today, the Rose Kennedy Lane and Arsenal Road Tenant Associations Board members serve as a vital bridge between residents and the Framingham Housing Authority

My hope is that both board members and residents continue to grow, learn, and flourish together while finding joy and laughter in each day.
